Rates are inclusive of 10% Service charge plus 5% VAT.

No Show / Cancellation Policy

• Refundable Bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid a 100% late cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

• Bookings within 24 hours: These cannot be canceled or modified. No-shows will incur a 100% charge.
