- Dubai International Hotel is situated inside the terminal buildings of Dubai International Airport, specifically in Concourses A, B, and C, before Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). It is accessible only to passengers in transit.
2. Passengers are strongly advised not to exit the terminal through Immigration and Customs, as re-entry to the hotel will be denied until 3 hours prior to their outbound flight’s departure.
3. For passengers arriving at Dubai International Airport from within Dubai City, the hotel is located after Passport Control (Immigration and Customs) within Concourses A, B, and C. Guests must be checked in to a flight to access the hotel.
4. Passengers are encouraged to verify flight check-in times and procedures directly with their respective airlines.
5. Passengers arriving at Terminal 2 should not proceed through Passport Control. Instead, they must visit the Transfer Desk and utilize the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to access Concourses A, B, or C.
6. Access to the hotel receptions is as follows:
Concourse A: Elevators near gates A1 or A24
Concourse B: Elevators near gates B14 or B22
Concourse C: Escalators or elevators between gates C15 and C17
Note: There is no hotel located in Concourse D.
7. While hotel guests can move between all four concourses (A, B, C, and D) on the airside, Dubai International Hotel is only located in Concourses A, B, and C. Passengers flying exclusively with Emirates Airlines may be restricted from entering Concourse D.
8. It is highly recommended that passengers carry essential items such as toiletries in their hand luggage, as checked-in baggage will not be accessible due to airside restrictions.
9. Children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge using existing bedding, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.
10. Guests must be at least 18 years of age and present valid photo identification to check-in.
11. Baby cots (for children aged 2 years and under) are provided free of charge, subject to availability. In accordance with international regulations, the hotel does not supply blankets, bumpers, or pillows with cots. Guests who require these items must bring their own.
12. A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been implemented in the United Arab Emirates effective from 1st January 2018. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes, including the 5% VAT.
